It works for me perfectly.
Fyi, i use WinRAR to compress that file. So, just try to download the file again and use WinRAR to extract it. Hope that helps.
The plugin doesn’t work. it says : Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. When i installed it from admin
It works for me perfectly, both on WP v2.9.2 and WP 3.0. Here’s the proof:

However, the thing you should do is that, make sure you put the plugin in a folder called “shopp”, and DO NOT rename it please.

Download it again, unpack the package then make compress it to a .zip then try it again, worked for me!

I have try to install it again in my wamp local server and still shows on my wp admin dashboard. Shopp requires the cURL library for processing transactions securely. Your web hosting environment does not currently have cURL installed (or built into PHP). Sorry! You will not be able to use Shopp. For more information, see the online Shopp documentation.
Well I guess it works fine on A server that has cURL. my local wamp server does not support cURL/SSl. But thank you anyway for your informations tho.

The cURL library is included in xampp, you only need to uncomment the cURL Library, located in your XAMPP/php/php.ini file.

this is how I did :
i went to wamp server > Php > Php Extentions > activated the cRul
then reinstal again and Bammmm! welcome… it gives me similar giv image you post

I will second Xman’s post. The official documentation would be a great addition instead of links back to this site. Apart from that this site is amazing. keep up the great work.
The requirements for Shopp requires PHP version 5. Attempting to install it on a server with PHP version 4 may produce a fatal error. Your problem may be different, but this is just one more factor to be aware of when troubleshooting this problem.
As for the documentation – I believe you have to have already purchased a Shopp license before accessing the documentation. When you purchase a Shopp license≥, the account you create will give you access to documentation and community forums.

why it have a coded script in one of it’s file (shopp.php)?
